Mitch Joel: Complaining vs Doing

Publishers and booksellers are increasingly embracing Facebook and Twitter to reach customers and recommend books. However this medium is often mistaken as a promotional tool, it is a “social media”. Mitch Joel is a leading commentator on digital marketing and will be giving a presentation at the Australia Booksellers Association conference in July. His recent post is on the power of complaining and how new media is empowering people to do something constructive with their criticism.
